The Automotive Distribution Network “Repair America Drive A Tank 2017” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is offered only in the United States and is open only to persons who are legal residents of the United States who have reached the age of majority in their State at time of entry, and who are employed in the automotive aftermarket as repair technicians who purchase or use auto parts in order to repair customer vehicles as of May 31, 2017.
Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Central Time, April 1, 2017, and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time, May 31, 2017 ("Sweepstakes Period").

To Enter The Sweepstakes
There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
A. Complete the Official Registration Entry Form online at www.networksweepstakes.com, using the validation code provided by the participating warehouse distributor. This entry is by invitation only.
B. Send a 3x5 card with the following information: Technician Name, Email, Home/Street Address, City, State, Zip, Store/Shop Name, Store/Shop Address, City, State, Zip, Store/Shop Phone to:

All entrants must provide a street address. Entries providing only a post office box will not be accepted. Each Technician may enter as often as he/she wishes but each entry must be included in a separate stamped envelope.
All Sweepstakes weekly entries must be received by the Saturday of the preceding week to be eligible for the following week’s drawing. Any other attempted form of entry is prohibited.er
Automotive Distribution Network (“Sponsor”), and all warehouse distributors, jobbers, and other vendors associated with the Sponsor in promoting and/or administering the Sweepstakes (the Sponsor and such other associated entities, being collectively called the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not responsible for lost, interrupted, late or damaged mail or internet entries, unauthorized human intervention, or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic; including without limitation incorrect or incomplete Sweepstakes information (including Sweepstakes entry information) regardless of cause.
Game or Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. Use of robotic, automated, programmed, or like means to enter the Sweepstakes will void all entries affected by such methods. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the Sweepstakes entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes. Once submitted, all requests and entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged.
All information submitted by entrants will not be used for any commercial use outside of the Sponsor's own research and marketing.
57 Weekly winners will be randomly selected on the Monday following previous week from all eligible entries received by the Sweepstakes deadline during the previous week. The winners for the last week of the event will be randomly selected on June 1, 2017. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor. (2) Weekly First Prize Winners will each receive a $500 Visa Gift Card. (5) Weekly 2nd Prize Winners will each receive a $250 Visa Gift Card. (20) Weekly 3rd Prize Winners will each receive a $100 Visa Gift Card. (30) Weekly 4th Prize Winners will each receive a $50 Visa Gift Card.
Grand Prize:
5 Grand Prizes, each being a trip for two (2) to the Drive A Tank, date to be announced, in Mankato, MN. Grand Prizes will be awarded by a random drawing from all eligible entries received by May 31, 2017. The prize consists of round trip coach air transportation for two (2) persons from the major commercial airport with regularly scheduled flights nearest winner’s permanent residence at the time of entry to Minneapolis, MN; three nights’ hotel accommodations (standard double occupancy room and room tax only). (3) Dinners, (2) Lunches, and (2) Breakfasts will be included. A full day at Drive A Tank is included. (ALL DRIVERS MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER WITH A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE AND FULL- COVERAGE AUTO INSURANCE.) (The winners of the Grand Prize are referred to as the “Grand Prize Winners” and his/her guest as the “Guest”). The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize: $5,000 for each winner, including guest. Actual value of the Grand Prize will vary depending upon the Grand Prize Winner’s permanent residence and airline rate fluctuations. The Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for any and all ground transfers between winner’s residence and airport of departure, gratuities, travel upgrades, personal incidentals, and any other expenses not specified herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 100 miles of destination. The Grand Prize Winner and Guest must travel on same itinerary. Guest must be 21 years of age or older at time of trip. Travel is subject to availability. The Grand Prize Winner and Guest will be responsible for obtaining valid U.S. government identification and/or other required travel documents (as applicable) prior to travel and the associated costs for these and other requirements. The Grand Prize will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. Grand Prize is nontransferable; no substitutions or cash.
The Grand Prize Winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) and Guest must execute and return a Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) within 14 days of notification attempt or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected in a random drawing from among all of the remaining eligible entries. In the event the Grand Prize Winner or Guest is 21 years of age, but is considered a minor in the jurisdiction in which he/she resides, his/her parent or legal guardian must sign and return all required documentation. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions, or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. If either Grand Prize Winner or Guest becomes disabled or cannot otherwise fully enjoy the Grand Prize package due to illness or any other reason, Sponsor shall have the option at its sole discretion of: (1) being relieved of liability for fulfillment of the prize award; or (2) extending the period during which such prize may be awarded for a period determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. The Grand Prize Winner or Guest must prove such disability by a doctor’s certificate, which certificate shall be endorsed by another physician agreeable to Sponsor and the Grand Prize Winner at Grand Prize Winner’s expense. If a Grand Prize Winner chooses not to take a Guest, or if any Guest does not sign the documentation as provided in these Official Rules within the time frame specified, then the Guest elements of the Grand Prize will be forfeited and the other elements of the Grand Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s obligation to award the Grand Prize. Grand Prize Winners and Guests agree to comply with all venue rules and regulations and agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Sponsor is not responsible for misplaced, lost, stolen, or tampered with prizes. Prizes are provided “as is”. Entrants acknowledge that the Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prizes, including any express warranties provided by a prize supplier that may be sent along with the prizes and any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Sponsor will determine in its sole discretion the airline and hotel to be provided as part of the Grand Prize. All travel dates are subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a Grand Prize Winner or a Guest is not available or able to travel on the dates specified by Sponsor, Grand Prize Winner and Guest’s privileges will be terminated and an alternative Grand Prize Winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries if time permits. Travel restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Travel arrangements are subject to availability and must be roundtrip.
All Grand Prize Winners will be required to supply Sponsor with his/her social security number for tax purposes. Taxes (if any) on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are nontransferable and cannot be assigned. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received at the time of each draw.
APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE OF ALL PRIZES: As stated above. The ARVs are subject to change based on current market conditions at time of prize fulfillment and the time of travel and the distance between departure and destination. Any difference between the ARVs and the actual values, if any, will not be awarded.om Eligibility
Employees, officers, and directors of Automotive Distribution Network, its Members, owners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, the other Sweepstakes Entities, and the members of the immediate family of any of the foregoing (parents, siblings, children, and spouse) or those persons living in the same household, whether related or not, of such individuals are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Of Participation
By entering, entrant has confirmed and is held accountable that the address on their entry is current and is valid for the Sweepstakes Period and for six months after the Sweepstakes has ended. The entrant's address must be a street address. Entries showing post office boxes will not be accepted. Any prizes shipped to a wrong address or unclaimed will be forfeited and winner will become disqualified.
If due to an error more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the number of prizes intended in these Rules, and, if necessary, the correct number of winners will be determined in a random drawing.
By entering in the Sweepstakes, entrant: (a) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the interpretations of these Official Rules by Sponsor and by the decisions of Sponsor; (b) acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules; (c) agrees to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations; and (d) releases and agrees to hold harmless Automotive Distribution Network, Its Members and owners, the other Sweepstakes Entities, the respective companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies involved in the Sweepstakes, and the employees, officers, directors, and agents of any of the above organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages to person (including death) and/or property of any kind caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize or participation in any prize-related activities, and for any claim including claims based on defamation, publicity rights, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or any other intellectual property related cause of action. By accepting a prize, winner grants the right to Sponsor to record, videotape, and photograph such winner (“Images”). These Images will be owned by Sponsor. Sponsor and each of its designees shall have the right to use, edit, adapt, post, stream, copy, and exploit such Images, and all elements embodied therein, including any names, likenesses, voice, conversation, and any other attributes of such winner, individually or with others, together with his/her name, address, as well as any statements made by such winner regarding the Sweepstakes or Sponsor (provided they are true) in whole or in part, in conjunction with other material, if any, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for the purpose of trade, advertising, promotion, or any other lawful purpose whatsoever, in perpetuity, throughout the world, without additional compensation, consideration, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.

The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible if the Sweepstakes cannot take place, or if any prize cannot be awarded due to delays, interruptions, or failures due to acts of God, war, natural disasters, weather, acts or threats of terrorism, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, work stoppages, fire, acts of government, or other events outside of the reasonable control of the Sweepstakes Entities. If, for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sweepstakes Entities, which, in Sponsor’s sole determination, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes or any part of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes or any part of the Sweepstakes is terminated or modified prior to the closing date of the Sweepstakes, notice will be posted on www.networksweepstakes.com if time permits. Sponsor reserves the right to modify and amend these Official Rules from time to time during the Sweepstakes for clarification purposes.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY A WINNER WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS A WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS A WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) LOCATED WITHIN SHELBY COUNTY, TENNESSEE SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE SHALL GOVERN THE SWEEPSTAKES. EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THESE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THESE COURTS.Winners List Request
